Overview - Drive Axle

Carefully drive off using a drift
Replace if damaged
Adhesive surface must be free of oil and grease
Coat the sealing surface with Sealant -D 454 300 A2- before installing on
CV joint.

Replace after removing
Insert in shaft groove

Lower Transverse Link, Removing and Installing
Rear Lower Transverse Link, Removing and Installing
Special tools and workshop equipment required
Torque Wrench 1332 40-200Nm -VAG1332-
Engine and Gearbox Jack -VAS6931-
Engine/Gearbox Jack Adapter - Wheel Hub Support -T10149-
